The cottage is fully centrally heated with solar panels for the hot water, energy saving lighting and all the modern conveniences necessary to make your stay comfortable and easy. There is WiFi access and a telephone for landline calls. Parking is on the verge outside the cottage and is reasonably quiet with no restrictions but it is also an ideal place to visit without your car.
- Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, also a table with seating for up to 4 people and a clock/radio.
- Utility room with washer/drier and additional sink and toilet, drying racks, a radiator, iron and ironing board.
- The sitting room has a 2/3 seater settee and additional chair, coal effect fire set into original Victorian fireplace, T.V. with freeview, DVD and a radio/CD player with a selection of discs, WiFi, telephone, books to browse and games to play.
- Bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe with dressing table, mirror and shaving point, T.V. with freeview, clock radio, full-length mirror and a hairdrier.
- Bathroom has a bath with shower over, a basin unit, toilet, heated towel rail, shaver point and extractor.
- Our small room is a place to relax or can be used as a dressing room. It contains a full sized wardrobe, a small sofa, books and a radio/CD player.
- We welcome your dog but we do ask that you respect the property and keep to the downstairs area. Please be aware that access to the good sized, enclosed garden is across a path, which is open access to ajoining properties, so your dog will need to be under control crossing this.
- Outside we have a building which contains the utility room, storage for bikes etc. and access to the garden which has garden furniture and a gas BBQ.
